The Masters Students Graduate
Saturday the 4th of October 2010 marked the graduation ceremony of the first cohort on the Masters in Leadership and Change Management Programme. The ceremony was held at the Royal Swazi convention centre in Ezulwini, Swaziland and it saw 36 individuals graduating. The graduates could not help but express their joy and one commented saying “the programme was an uphill task, but I am so glad I climbed the hill.”
This programme is run by Mananga Centre in conjunction with Leeds Business School of Leeds Metropolitan University (United Kingdom) and it is a one year Masters Programme in Leadership and Change Management. The programme is offered through a combination of lecturers from the Leeds Metropolitan University fly – in faculty and faculty at Mananga Centre on a block release basis. The next cohort is starting in January 2011.
The target groups include; Company Executives, Directors, Permanent Secretaries, Cabinet Ministers, Parliamentarians, Municipal Executives, Programme Managers, Senior Officers/Managers and aspiring executives and leaders from industry, commerce, central and local government, civil society and NGO’s.
