Masters in Leadership and Change Management
Leeds Metropolitan University (United Kingdom) in conjunction with Mananga Centre for Regional Integration and Management Development (Swaziland) and Mananga Management Services (Zimbabwe) is to offer a one year Masters Programme in Leadership and Change Management starting January 2010 in Swaziland and Zimbabwe. This is in response to a call by industry, commerce, government, civic society and the public to have this programme running in Swaziland, Zimbabwe and neighbouring countries to address the issues faced by the practising executives and leaders in confronting the challenges of the ever-changing complexities in the global and business operating environment of today.
Swaziland already has the first group that started April 2009 and to complete in May 2010.
The programme will be offered through a combination of lecturers from the Leeds Metropolitan University’s fly in faculty and Mananga consultants.
Target group: Company Executives, Directors, Permanent Secretaries, Cabinet Ministers, Parliamentarians, Municipal Executives, Programme Managers, Senior Officers/Managers and aspiring executives and leaders from industry, commerce, central and local government, civil society and NGO’s.
