Alumni Testimonials
“When I came to this wonderful peaceful and secluded place, I wondered if I had stepped into an enchanted world; so peaceful, green and breathtakingly beautiful – no wonder they call this place Ezulwini for it is indeed heavenly. There is an ultimate question posed from the instant I arrived: Have you had the Mananga Experience? I was intrigued and had to ask what the Mananga Experience entails. My Course Director replied that it was a promise Mananga gives to its participants.
The Mananga Experience as I have come to understand it is a promise of excellence. A guarantee of a customer oriented service and value for money well invested. Better yet, Mananga requested me to list my expectations so that they can be sure that they will meet them. So if any one person was to ask me, has Mananga lived up to my expectations? The answer is NO. Mananga went above and beyond: in short they have surpassed my expectations.
As my two weeks came to an end, and my heart was heavy because I had to say goodbye to people who have become so dear to me. I am happy that I have a variety of good memories to take home with me. A Maputo trip to experience another way of life, trips to Manzini and Mbabane, lively and open discussions with different members of the faculty, a sense of comradeship prevailing amongst fellow participants, and a lively social life with barbeques, long drives, laughter, music and lots of fun. That is but to name a few.
As my chapter came to a close and I had to say goodbye to Mananga, I know that I would only need to close my eyes and be transported back to a place where I was enchanted again, with all the wonder and fire of this experience still in my heart.”

“On various occasions that I have been at Mananga Centre, I have learnt that all that one needs to do is to have a “positive attitude’’. Mananga Centre is unique in so many ways, but for one to appreciate all that Mananga offers is a positive attitude. If you want to feel important and if you want to go where there is value for money that you have paid, go to Mananga Centre. A stress free environment for learning, good fresh meals, eating to your satisfaction, warm hospitality, laundry that is being taken care of. All you need is to be there and learn. The rest are taken care of including your welfare. Weekly meetings are held between representatives of various countries and representatives of the Centre. Open discussions and constructive criticism are welcome. I am proud to have been part of Mananga Experience and feel as part of Mananga Family. Mananga has groomed me to be a good manager. I have made a lot of international friends that I met at Mananga and through Mananga`s influence of promoting network. We continue to share the new things that we learn from our various work places.
